How Efhamha Sah collects, uses, and protects your information.

Who we are

Efhamha Sah is a learning platform that helps students, founders, and employees understand numbers, money, business, and finance in a practical way.

This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone if you add one, a hashed password, country, city, bio, and profile photo.

Learning data: courses you join, lesson progress, quiz answers, certificates, and notes you save inside a lesson.

Purchase data: cart contents, orders, and payment status. We do not store the full card number on our servers.

Messages: what you send through the contact form or inside the platform, and files attached to those messages.

Technical data: browser type, pages you open, and the language and theme saved on your device so the session stays as you left it.

Why we use it

To create your account, sign you in, show your courses, save progress, and issue certificates.

To handle enrollment and payments, and to show content you paid for or that an instructor assigned to you.

To reply to you and send notices about your account or courses, such as a new enrollment or a quiz result.

To protect the platform. When video protection is on, a phone-number watermark can appear on the player so course media is harder to copy.

Who can see your data

Platform staff, only as needed to run accounts and support.

An instructor can see the names and progress of students enrolled in that instructor’s courses. Instructors cannot see passwords.

A parent account can see only the linked child’s learning data.

We do not sell your data. We share it outside the platform only to process payment or hosting, or when the law requires it.

Accounts and sessions

A sign-in token stays on your device so you remain signed in. When the session ends, we ask you to sign in again.

If an instructor creates a student account, the name, email, and password set by the instructor are used so that student can sign in.

How long we keep data

We keep account data while the account is open, and learning records and certificates so your progress and certificate stay available.

If you ask us to delete the account, we stop using it for day-to-day service. We may keep the minimum required for financial or legal duties.

Your choices

You can review and edit your details from your account page.

You can ask us to correct data, delete the account, or tell you what we hold, through the contact page.

You can change your password at any time from account settings.

Updates

This policy was last updated on 4 October 2026. If we change how we use data, we will update this page.
